Jr. is a director of the Kukai Foundation, a special organization established on Second Miltia (an autonomous planet in the Galaxy). Because of his youthful appearance, some documents refer to him as the son of Gaignun Kukai (Nigredo), but he is actually Gaignin's older brother. He is a survivor of the U.R.T.V. (U-Retro Virus) unit that was created to defeat U-Do, the wave existence that threatened to destroy the galaxy.
He possess unique abilities shared by all U.R.T.V. members, including telepathy. His true name is Rubedo.
Jr. is absolutely obsessed with guns. His weapon of choice, the MAKAROV Pistols, were given to him during Episode I as a gift. He and Albedo were attached to each other from birth giving them special abilities. Jr. will never age in appearance (his actual age is estimated to be 26-28 years old). Albedo recieved the power of regeneration. The two brothers are the deepest rivals. Jr. is similar to a boyfriend or brother to MOMO (despite the large age difference). He used to visit Sakura Mizrahi, MOMO's older sister, to help treat her disease. Since then, he has had strong ties with the Mizrahi family. Jr.'s hot-headed temper often gets the group into trouble, but he usually takes responsibility for the actions. Like chaos, Jr is more of a rounded character. His stats are very much balanced and he can hit any zone. Like MOMO, his attacks are piercing based. However, he lacks the ability to knock an enemy into the Down or Air state that the other fighting-based combatants have. Jr. is compatiable to any other characters so long as at least one has the ability to knock enemies into the Air or Down state. He's definately a great person to use as a combatant.
